Every Wednesday I visited a middle school in the village of Bokheung and took footage of the developing rice paddie outside.  This video shows a complete season of agriculture, from pre-planting to post-harvest.

Many of the techniques shown here, such as the threshing and roasting, are probably only still practiced in very small villages like this one, with many elderly farmers still maintaining old ways.  More modern techniques are likely more prevalent elsewhere.
